Madison’s Community Development Authority seeks to redevelop the majority of the block at S. Park Street and W. Badger Road. They’ve chosen a local team of professionals to engage the community and create a shared master plan for the redevelopment of the site.
Some of the planned uses include:

The planning team is committed to meeting the Madison Community Development Authority’s objectives on this redevelopment, which include increasing affordable housing opportunities, ensuring sustainability in construction and operations, and the meaningful incorporation of community-driven feedback.
This effort builds upon both the recommendations of the South Madison Plan, and last summer’s initial planning and neighborhood outreach.
